No fishy smell for 5 months now

I’ve been updating each month, about a year ago I found these pills called balance complex online, they had great reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I have had bv for 5 years, it’s horrible and I’m so sorry for everyone going threw it, it has been the most draining, embarrassing, and depressing thing, that I wouldn’t want anyone going threw. Sorry anyways, for the first few months the pills gave me some relief, some days it would be for a couple of hours, or a few days, sometimes a week, but the smell would come back, than I would take a pill and wash down their and it would be gone. When I started working out my symptoms would stay away for longer. Than finally in June they had disappeared for nearly a month I was so happy because I thought it was finally gone. I woke up one day after having sex with my boyfriend, not worried about my bv because it had been away for so long I got home and, turned the shower on, when I took off my underwear I noticed a ton of discharge, I took a whiff and it smelled like straight fish. My heart seriously sank, after finally thinking this was gone it was heartbreaking. I washed with a washcloth and water but the smell wouldn’t go away, and to make things worse I had to go to a concert with my cousin that night, my anxiety being out in public around a bunch of people, who are putting their hands over their noses is so embarrassing but I didn’t want to cancel on her. I took my 2 pills, and the next morning the smell was gone. Ever since that night the fishy smell hasn’t come back. I work out regularly, don’t smoke, or drink coffee, change my underwear a couple times a day, and only wear pads not tampons, I also always make sure I pee after sex. I started taking 2 pills in the morning and one at night after this incident. I will say I started having bad smelling excessive discharge for a week but I took a vitamin c with rose hips along with my pill so I think taking those together gave me a reaction. My pee does smell bad but not a fishy smell almost like a sour smell. But the pills have kept the smell away and everything else pretty much for the last five months. Again they’re called balance complex you can but them on amazon they’re 39.95 before shipping, in a white bottle with purple letters. I will update in a month.
