No flare up for 2 years

Hi,
I was diagnosed with crohnes in the Christmas of 2014, after a week in hospital, lots of tests and pain finally i was diagnosed. I had a horrendous rash at the time on my legs of which have left scars on my feet and legs.
I havent had a flare up for almost 2 years now and have been taking my tablets everyday since. Do you think my crohnes is in full remission? At times in the day usually after consuming food, my flatulence smells horrendous.... i have tried to eat different food to see if that was the cause but it doesnt seem to be changing no matter what i try. Its getting to the point where i am reluctant to eat at times in the day when im out and about.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Kelly,
Im taking Azeathioprine atm 2 tablets a day. They are immune surpresants so have to have flu jab etc. But ive had no pain for 2 years now so seem to be working. I took steriods for the first 3 month's then went onto the Azeathioprine. Does this help?
