No help at a dead end

For a year now I’ve felt dizzy, not the world spinning around me more faint feeling or if you’re extremely hungover. It comes with muscle aches headaches I’ve lost my job my boyfriend and I’m just fed up I can’t leave my house anymore or if I do it’s not for a long time because I get so tired. I’m feeling really down about it and just want some help. I’ve also just given myself a ruptured ear drum by accident when cleaning my ears not sure if that makes things worse but I feel sick to my stomach. What Can I do because I don’t wanna live anymore not like this anyway.
