No idea

i have no idea which group to post this in as not sure what it is but it has been making me feel very worried...

During a particularly intense exercise session on Monday evening, i felt a sudden pain in the left back of my head. I hadn't experienced it before. It didnt really go away although it isn't as bad now. I keep worrying about it and not sure if that is exacerbating it. Most of the day today it was ok but keep feeling twinges, and it is exacerbated if I run or jump or move. It certainly isn't a strong or sharp pain, more of a dull pain.... and only on the left. I have no additional symptoms.

This could be a nerve or muscle pain when you put pressure on that side. I did it once and it feels like the worst headache ever. Mine cleared up after a day. Check with your GP or local walk in centre just for reassurance.
