No idea what this discharge is, please help!! (Pics included)

I went to my doctor for some STD testing about two weeks ago, and everything came back negative. This morning I woke up with some itching, and after using the bathroom, I find this on my tissue! What is this? The only thing I can think of that may have caused it, was using a vibrator yesterday that I may have forgotten to clean since my last use (I usually clean it after every use, but I wouldn't put it past me for forgetting)

I haven't had sex since after my STD testing (both blood work and swabbing) but i'm worried, could this just be a yeast infection??

    Yup. If your STD test comes out negative, most likely it would be some bacterial infection. Try to do a better personal hygiene. If problem persist, try to consult to your doctor.
