No Idea whats going on…

Hi i'm in an almost urgent need to know what this possibly could be. I originally thought it was a uti because i had "rough sex" and it hurt when i would pee so i went to urgent care and they gave me antibiotics, and after a couple days it still hurt. So i took a look down there, and saw it looked "swollen?" im not too sure how to describe it. it's just come to the point where i went to urgent care again because my gyno wasn't in, and even they were a little confused on what it would be. But i asked for an STD test just to be safe. And am currently waiting for the results. I looked down there again just to see how it was looking today but, i saw this... and have no idea. any help would be amazing! !image
