no itching or irritation, need treatment at the earliest any cure to this!!! this white spot started about 6 months ago like the size of a pen tip but not its growing bigger as a size of peanut seed,

Hi it could be lichen sclerosus or BXO is that your frenulum where the discoloration is. do you have any phimosis or is the frenulum tight.
You should see your doctor and have things checked out with them. Without treatment it is likely to spread more.

this is 100% BXO and it's already progressed enough to where he's gonna need a circumsision unfortunately. looks like the frenulum is fusing.

I'm not a doctor, i ever have spots on my penis and is gone now, the doctor here prescribe me fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream.
