No libido, Weak erections

The last few years i have fully lost my libido, i Dont get aroused or get random or morning erections, and erections arnt as firm as they were, im 23 years old and got bloods testosterone every test done and everything is coming back as normal, i do have some general anxiety put was on medication thinking it would sort this but it hasn’t, My doctor hasn’t seem to have helped me on why exactly this is happening to me, if anyone would have any knowledge on this it would be greatly appreciated

    Was it sudden or gradual? Did you have any sexual encounters before it all started? Any other symptoms like depression, body weakness, insomnia, digestive problems?
