No Ovaries side effects

hi all,

im 33 and was diagnosed when i was 17. I was wondering what side effects you all have experienced and what you've done to remedy them?

I don't take any HRT or anything related to low hormones, honestly I've had terrible doctors unable to advise me on what I should do long term.

I've joint pain and stiffness now more prevalent than ever and i have a terrible

time loosing weight. Honestly a diet of 1400 calories and i barely loose a pound, despite gymming it three time a week...

just wondering if it's only me.

    hi, iam 27 i have endometriosis and i have injectuons to switch off my reproductive organs and put me through an induced menopause. i have been told that we need HRT as out ovaries arent pumping through the hormones are body needs. it will cause joint pain not having the hormones. your body needs oestrogen or progesterone to keep your bones healthy since you arent getting it from your ovaries. i would find a different dr and get HRT or similar. i have one ovary and they told mr theres risks having them removed young. i hope you are okay

      thanks amy57522, i know about the osteoperosis risks and take calcium supplements. Im worried about HRT as there are risks there too. I think youre right though, i do need a better doctor to guide me. Thanks xx
