No period for 1 year and on/off spotting

Hello,

Hoping someone could give me some advice.

I haven’t had a period since June 2022, I have been on and off spotting during this time. I have had a few large clots with heavy bleeding but only being the one time and it stops as soon as it’s out (if that makes sense) no bleeding after.

I have always had issues with my periods since a teen, it started very heavy at 14. The past couple years my periods have depleted, from having them one month and missing the next to nothing.

I am 26, not on contraception as I am single and don’t need it. Haven’t been on the pill for 2 years and have had periods since coming off. They seem to have suddenly stopped.

My doctors are telling me scans, thyroids and hormone levels are normal but I don’t feel right

I have period symptoms and random sharp pains in my lower left abdomen.

I feel tired all the time, heart palpitations, low mood, oily skin etc

I’m not sure what I have/ haven’t been tested for. I’m struggling for appointments and answers honestly.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated x

I felt it before too and also hair loss. just walking few steps specially in stairs would make me feel like blacking out. turns out, i am extremely anemic. to put it simply, i lack 5 human blood bags. and i can still walk was because my body is so used being anemic. ‍♀️🤷‍♀️

aw bless you! That must be horrible, i get light headed easily but not like that. i was diagnosed with anemia at 18 but had a blood test recently and my doctor told me i am not anymore . Spoken to 2 doctors this month and all they have put on my record is that i have pain during intercourse not anything else!
