No to towels or liners .

I went to see a doctor at a emergency walk in because my doctor seemed to dismiss that you feel dirty .

anyway the doctor at the walk in hospital said we must not wear towels/ pads or liners or tampons be cause they are mostly perfumed in some way.

I've stopped using them all but it hasn't changed anything .

I just thought I'd tell you .

be careful make sure your pads are perfume free.

when I'm on my period I use a pad but i wrap toilet paper the pad so I'm protected from any perfume.
