no weight loss.

I have been on these for about 4 weeks now. I havnt really lost anything. So disapointed. had oily stools only once or twice. But i do have loads of wind rsther embarrasing. anyone have any advice. Im hopi g they start soon

    Have you stuck to the 5g of fat per 100g 😕

      I have Yes. Apart from once i had a chippy and the next day very loose bowel and pain. But no oil. Nothing else. I do have underactive thyroid but take meds and doc says levels are fine. Just so fustrating xx

    All you can do is keep an eyes on fat in everythin you eat do lots of exercise and plenty of water Iv stopped loosing the pounds now Iv lost 8lb so frustrating but don't give up

    Awww I'm the same been on them 2 weeks, only had 1 cheating day and suffered for it, strange but I do feel my clothes slightly looser, good luck x

    Sounds daft but are you eating enough calories? Reducing fat reduces calorie intake a fair bit because of food choices. If you don't eat enough then your body will go into a sort of starvation mode, won't have energy to function properly including your metabolism and then if you work out it doesn't have the energy to benefit from your hard work sad

    Have you tried logging EVERYTHING you eat? Today I've only had Weetabix and blueberries, salad with chicken for lunch (no bread) and for tea chicken (using the Maggi pack to cook it)  potatoes and veg.  I've had 5 cups of tea with milk.  My fat is only 25g but my calories were over 1400! I've logged it all on My Fitness Pal. I'm trying to keep under 1300 cals but clearly failed today. :-(
