Nocturnal incontinence

Last year I had a kidney removed. A tumour was detected early as I was scanned as I was in pain from bladder stones.So good luck really.

I have now had the bladder stones removed via the penis,one week ago.I am mostly recovered from this procedure but am left with nocturnal incontinence ( Which I did not have prior to the procedure.

Have any of you experienced this ? Most importantly,how long did it take to resolve ?
