Nocturnal panic attack (thumping heart)

back again. last night shortly after i drifted off i was woken by the sudden adrenaline surge and panic attack, tried to stay calm and breathe and it passed after couple of minutes. heart rate went upto about 110 but i was laid in bed. all previous heart tests was fine but my question is, isit normal my partner could hear it thumping in my chest, i mean the room was quiet but she said she could hear it thumping away without her head on my chest. thanks

      Yeah I know, maybe you were thinking about it! Hopefully you dont have it again as its not nice, just try relax the best you can 😃

      thank you fingers crossed. not to jinx it i dont tend to get panic attacks in the day i just get the s****y anxiety symptoms. if ever i do get a panic its usually not long after i fall asleep!
