My friend, who loves all kinds of sauces (bbq- ranch- teryaki- sour cream- honey mustard etc..), has developed an allergy of anything acidic. Her tongue swallows and it becomes hard for her to eat or speak or even open her mouth.
I'm trying to find recipes with zero acidity but so far all I found was less-acid recipes which sadly don't help in her case.
Can anyone suggest anything that might be a good replacement?
