Non diabetic hypoglycaemic? A1C levels?

the only info i really have is my a1c test results are 35.0 on a range of 20-42

im experiencing extreme fatigue and lethargy all the time, headaches, thirsty. nausea.

can anyone suggest anything?

    Sounds like symptoms of malnutrition and gut problems. Could be congested liver/gallbladder, chronic/subacute pancreatitis, possibly hypothyroid. Checkout symptom lists for hypothyroid and chronic pancreatitis. Both can be treated with dietary changes, stress reduction. Exercise always helps. Very hot epsom salts baths can also help, as can relaxing in a hot jacuzzie.

    As the weather gets cooler, the above conditions can worsen, so stay warm.

    Dan, those are very high numbers! Did you get them from a doctor? That's HYPERglycemic, right, not hypo. Very different! AKA - diabetes?

    Numbers that high usually require immediate treatment.
