Non healing wound near Anus

hi,

few days back I found small whitish spot near my anus on butt which was irritated while i was cleaning after pooping.

I thought it might be due to skin rub since I started doing crunches recently. But the irritation started increasing. I had anal sex with same sex. He doesn't have any symptoms.

So i visited doctor after 2 days. she assumed it as herpes simplex but her senior told it just a pyoderma . I was given mediation but wound size started increasing and little itching too.

so i visited after 5 days . Now she wrote me its a herpes for sure. but i did not had fever or pain or discharge. so i visited a general physician he said it not herpes for sure.

prescribed me antibiotics and fusidic acid cream. In between I had leaking poops if try to fart but on normal timings. After 5days I visited him again since i couldn't see much improvement. he said it appears to be some infection and changed the cream to muprocin. But a week i could see a little improvement wound appeared little dry but same size and dry itching during night.

So finally i decided to go to another dermat

since i wanted a rule out but he suggested me just apply fusidic acid cream again for 10 days and show me. he said it could be herpes or skin infection can't confirm.

please suggest what is it exactly.

(i am sorry i changed lot of doctors but non pf them advised for herpes test) I had insisted physician for blood test for herpes and general finding, so he prescribed me CBC& FBS which came normal.File size is too big

    Symptoms before first visit to doctor-

    Jan 11--

    Iritation , itching near that white patch.

    left groin (hernia ) pain but no it was just a strain surgeon confirmed.

    17 jan

    bigger wound , ulcer n itchy pimple on buttocks .

    no pain , but irritation on touching

    22 jan

    same bigger wound n ulcer yellow discharge. leaking poops for 2-3 days but on Normal timing. I couldn't fart. if i fart poop would leak.

    much dried wound . other small wounds appered half healed. itching during night.

    might not be herpes. could be a different skin condition but i advise getting tested

    the fusidic acid is for bacterial skin infections such as staph and strep thats most likely wat the cause is and not herpes most likely u have had a small area of open skin for which bacteria has entered probably from the anus or from poo

      staph can look just like herpes it can cause blistering cratered skin sores ask your doctor to do a swab so u know which it is

      looks nothing like herpes some of them look white an like thy are scarring herpes does not do that
