hello! So ive noticed these red dots on my penis just today, and I have been sexually active around 3 weeks ago, however I do plan to get tested. Today, I noticed a bunch of non itchy red dots on my dick, and I'm freaking out. Doing research, I thought that this might be Balantis because I'm uncircumsized and have poor very penis hygiene. Can anyone help please???? I might note it's not painful either. These also have appeared in the past too.

i got this a couple of weeks ago. i was quite the opposite of you though, i wasnt sexually active for a couple of months, and I keep it really clean. Im uncut too. My problem was because i used a different shower gel, and was washing the penis every time i shower (i shower twice a day). i stopped using any shower gel or soap in that area, washing only with water. i recovered after about 1.5 weeks

Hello i have the same thing and i used to watch my penis with a different shower soap but in my case it cause me pain and my meathus chape changed. Do you think it could be for the same reason? Also, Did you not watch your penis at all? or Only applied the soap on the skin

So the red dots are a natural part of the head of your penis - what varies is the amount you can notice then and that is due to the regularity of irritation that is present for your penile skin to contend with.

You need to sort your penile hygiene if you want to do anything about this, as that is the first step in ruling out whether there is anything else going on.

So, wash with water after each time you urinate, are sexually aroused or ejaculate. Freshly laundered underwear, or sports shorts every morning if you happen to wear them during the day - you should shower every morning before getting dressed for the day.

Towels are important so you need ones that ONLY you use

More than likely you will get an immediate reaction to doing all this - it is possible you have created a yeast or bacterial infection due to your poor hygiene and is less likely to be linked to your recent sexual activity, so you may eventually need to treat the infection.

But I would get the hygiene in order to start with
