For about 4 years I have had this small red mark on my penis head, It does not hurt or anything but it is quite un asthetic and it looks sort of weird. I am confident that it is not an STD. Does anybody have any idea what it could be? Went to a derm a few years back but was told it would go away on its own and that it was nothing to worry about.
