Normal discharge? Yellow tint?

Hello,

I need some insight. I've had the attached discharge for a month now. Yellowish tint, its kind of thick, and when I touch it its a texture maybe between creamy / grainy? No smell, no itching or burning, no other symptoms. It will soak through my underwear sometimes. I've had the Mirena IUD for 3 years. I had a normal pap smear earlier this year, had a full STD panel, and i'm in a monogamous 4 year relationship. Is that color normal? Should I be worried? Especially since i've had it so long. The only change Ive made was in September I got a new job working with a group of girls my age who all get periods (I dont have a period because my IUD) but I noticed when they get their period I started having cramps and spotting like I was syncing up with them. Can anyone give insight on this discharge?image
