Hormones levels fluctuate on a daily basis. so are useless when come to diagnosis preimenopause or menopause. They only recommend to be taken for women who start experiencing symptoms under the age of 40.

yes hormone levels are usual all over the place and the blood draws don't pick that up..it doesn't mean your symptoms aren't there and very real..we go to the doctors over and over again during this very loooong process looking for answers only to be told everything looks fine..its insane..ans the symptoms just keep repeating..also I the ovary shrink up as well and they did the internal ultrasound and there it was..try those sticks you pee on in the mornings ..you can order several of them and just use them as a tracker through out the month..they look like pregnancy tests but are called menopause tests..same concept..i find in my days I feel super duper bad migraine joint pains dizzy just awful then the test shows are darker positive line 2 lines..then on my days im not as bad its much lighter..i use these as I had a hysterectomy years ago but still have my ovaries and all the horrendous symptoms..but no periods to let me know im skipping periods and getting closer to my full menopause...
