Normal period for a day or 2 then brown discharge for 3-4?

I need help. My husband and I have been TTC for 7 months. Last month on June 26th i started my period. On the 27th it turned to brown discharge. That continued until the 29th. This month on July 24th it was the same thing. Bleeding for a day and then brown discharge for a couple days. No pain just random very mild cramps. Maybe for a couple minutes a day. Whats going on??? I dont want to buy more pregnancy tests just to be disappointed again. sad im 24 and healthy.

    Don't want to get your hope up but that's the way my periods went when I was pregnant. When did u last do test

    It is Sept 3rd now. I would have started a period on the 21st of August but it still hasnt shown yet. No one day period this time it just hasnt shown anything. Im craving the same foods that i did with my first child. My boobs are occasionally tender to the rouch, but not constantly. Im always tired... i took a test last week and it was negative again. Should i try another test or do you think there is something wrong with me? Ive never fully missed a period. I just want to have another baby so bad im scared im causing my own symptoms.
