Normal TSH and high antibodies

Hi all I'm a 33 yr old female and I'm wondering what my symptoms are? Puffy eyes, goitre, hard stool, anxiety, dizzy spells and tiredness and feeling cold.

I have hypothyroid diagnosed in 2011. Advice welcome!

TSH 4.07 (0.2 - 4.2)

FT4 16.8 (12 - 22)

FT3 3.7 (3.1 - 6.8)

Thyroid peroxidase antibody 1710 (<34)

    I'm 34....in same situation hun.

    All normal other than my thyroglobulin antibodies are 385 (0-115)

    Hi mel,

    You could still be hypothyroid for you. The range isn't a one size fits all. Your tsh is more toward hypo range your free t3 is in the lower range. You could possibly benefit from adding t3 to your regimen. It might also be good to do an inflammation diet to ease the stress hashimotos puts on the thyroid.
