Nose bleed and bad headache when flying

I have flown 10 times in 2 weeks, some journeys 7hrs and some around 1hr, in big passenger planes and small 5 seater planes too.

I was on a small 5 seater yesterday and for the first time ever when flying, I had a huge headache, felt like my head was going to pop, the pressure feeling and pain behind my eyes.

I have a blocked nose (just cold-like symptoms) from yesterday, when I blew my nose, there was a fair bit of blood in mucus and again today.

I'm on holiday in Africa so I'm thinking that it's just the climate + altitude. But I have 2 flights 7hrs each in 2 days and I'm worried about having the pain again for much longer through the flight.

Any advice?
