Nose pain without any cause

can anybody tell me what is the cause of nose bridge pain? my nose hurt for 5 days just at the insertion of cartilage on the nasal bone, much more on the right side. the tip of the nose was not involved. from the bridge, the pain came down on the lateral cartilages. i had no known trauma to the nose, no pimple on the skin, i had a ct of my face done, which came normal. the vedtibulus of my nose was ok, didn t have any furunculosis or pimple inside the nostrils...also, the skin of the nose was a bit pinkish...thanx so much for your answers
