Not a bad wee day.... What will tomorrow bring???

Hey everyone, I have spent the last week a total mess as my health aniexty reared it ugly head again. But today seemed to be slightly better. I got up didn't feel wonderful but went to work and had a good day. Came home tonight and did a bit if tidying now relaxing with some TV. So all in all today's not bad plus I didn't look up health concerns or symptons once today so success there! But just thinking what will tomorrow bring? Kiddies off for Halloween so hopeful fun & good, not lying on the sofa feeling miserable and anxious xx
