Not convinced with diagnosis

i have had bleeding from my back passage for well over a year now and not just spotting blood on the tissue paper but spraying blood with no stools and blood clots with small amount of stools also no formed stools and this happens at least once a month with no pain at all but lots of blood loss each time. i had a colonoscopy three years ago and they diagnosed Diverticular. i recently had a CT colonoscopy as i complained of blood loss over a period of three months it came back with diverticular again. i have searched the internet for people experiencing similar symptoms with diverticular but havent found anyone that has extreme blood loss i am just looking to gain knowledge as i am living with lymphoma at the moment and these are worrying times as sadly i was misdiagnosed by my Gp and consultants a few years ago with cancer in my womb and was left with lymphoma.

    hi, i am going through that now. i have been bleeding the same as you for 4 months. diagnosed with diverticular after a colonoscopy. still waiting follow up visit with consultant. have git a call with my GP tomorrow to see what to do about managing this!. so frustrating.
