Not feeling certain feelings anymore.

Hi,

I've noticed that recently I can't feel tired or hungry or even the influence of alcohol. I only notice that I'm probably tired in the evening because I can't think very clear and my eyes feel heavy and muscles feel strained and so on, so I basically just notice the symptoms of being tired but don't get the sleepy tired feeling anymore. Same with hunger. And recently I had a couple of alcoholic drinks and noticed myself to be more chatty and other "symptoms" of having had some alcohol but the feeling of feeling the alcohol that I would usually get wasn't there at all.

Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?

Over the last couple of months I've kind of always had a dense feeling in my head and my mind constantly feels like it's not clear at all.

Don't really know what that's related to but I've started a thyroid treatment recently (30mg levothyroxine) but I began that after these symptoms started. I've also thought about general stress and anxiety and am always trying to reduce stress with meditation and lots of other things but I don't really feel stressed at all.

Just wondering if all of that sounds like it's related to my general metal health or something physical.

Thanks!

    Hi Peter,

Might this be 'Depersonalization' or 'Desensitisation' ?

Or brain fog as it's sometimes reffered to as.

I had this bad with Anxiety for a few years plus some meds contribute to the feeling.

    Just a thought. . .
