HI Hollie, it is very early days when starting to taking a medication again, that has worked for you in the past. That is really good news that it was successful for you before and it will be again. Dont jump through the dose increases too fast and allow your body amd mind to settle and acclimatise to any new doses. The best thing is to remember that we often feel worse before we get better from colds to back ache and the mind is no different. Use the lovely people on her to pick you up when youre down. BEST WISHES FOR A SPEEDY RECOVERY X

hey hollie
it's still really early days for you atm. well done for accepting you might need to go back on them that's always harder than people think.
I'm on day 7 myself switching from citalopram.
I've been on citalopram twice and the second time round took longer, and i made the mistake of jumping up doses too quickly before I really gave them time to settle, so dont worry if it takes a little longer this time, and let your body settle before increasing.
I've seen hundreds of people recover just aswell on the second time round so no reason they wont work for you again
so that's good.
keep posting about how u are getting on x

i did the same mistake last summer after being on 100 for 3 yrs , i collapsed and went back on them started from 50 then 100 but it didnt work at 100 as it did before so im now on 150 for 20 weeks , i feel much much better but it took me over 12 weeks to feel ok with the day not constantly anxious or racing thoughts .
be patient and you will get there even thought if you need more dose this time go for it .
i can tell you im better but from time to time i get anxious but not as severe as it was .
stay strong you will get there .
