I am currently on day 10 of fluoxetine and i feel so far from myself, like im not real or the external world isnt real. it makes me think that in going crazy or developing psychosis. has anyone else experienced these side effects, im also waking up with a racing heart and palpitations and have no energy all day can anyone help??
