Not felt right for years

hi all it started in 2018 when i suddenly felt my left arm go weak and feel strange for a few minutes. Prior to this id been having issues with silent reflux for a couple of years. Anyway by i then started with muscle twitching all over. I gained about a stone in weight from then to now. Every morning i wake up and my arms and hands ache. They take about ten mins to come around. i often get the urge that i need to crack my fingers and find myself clenching my teeth. i have intermitant knee pain in my left knee. At times i get the feeling of a weakness and at the start it felt like my arms and legs were not mine strangely. i suffer with phlegm in throat and i feel the need to retch quite a bit. i'm never sick though. i have some gland pain post covid that comes and goes. I know its random but its really frustrating. Anyone else like this?
