Go to the chemists ask for ovex? The pharmacist will ask you a few questions, tell him/her how you know what the problem is (if you found out what the problem was called online don't be agraid to say so). The pharmacist should give you a tablet to take (they're chewable) and some advice, but may say you need to see your doctor, if that's the case, GO to the doctor, they deal with this all the time, so don't be embarrassed.

tell the pharmacist that your kid brother has worms and you want to take something (mebendazole, 100mg, just one dose will solve your problem - it's worth it!) to clear you too. You don't have to admit to any symptoms

Go to the doctor, you can get a prescription and it won't cost anything. They are completely used to all sorts of ailments and illnesses and will be 100% unembarassable.
