Not IBS it's Mesenteric Panniculitis

Hello

Firstly I do not know if this is the right area but after 8 years of being a confirmed IBS sufferer that does not appear to be the case. I can not find a group for my new condition but with the symptoms I have had for the past 8 years bowel is very apt.

What do you think? Also anyone else later found a condition they were told they had was actually something very similar but different, if that makes sense.
