Am I the only one to find new Patient Access site worse

    I haven't actually used it, and I have no pan of doing so. Therefore, I couldn't say. Unless you're looking for more, you really don't need Patient Access. If you're here as I am ( posting, commenting, and replying), then I don't see why you should need it.

      Our surgery had their own online ordering system years before Patient Access and have used it for years.  Logged on this morning to order some meds and it's totally changed.  Preferred where all my meds where in a list, could click on what I wanted and them it would list all requests with either pending, accepted or rejected so I knew what was happening.  Ok it never had a forum but I can join forums, this was for getting essential meds, booking appts etc

      Oh I understand; it's quite puzzling to one when one has to deal with a totally different system.
