Not sure anymore. First time looking on internet

So I have been having pelvic pain on the right side for white a few years. It has only happened a few times in the beginning about ever 6 months and 2 times it happened right after sex so I always chalked it up to that and never did anything.

But just his past December 24 I woke up at 5 in the morning (didn't have sex the night before either) with ridiculous pain. I stumbled to the bathroom thinking diarrhea orpuking but as I was sitting on the toilet with a bucket on my lap and realized I didn't have to do either, I felt like my arms were filling with sandthey were so heavy and I felt all of a sudden so tired I felt like I would pass out on the toilet. So I got out of the bathroom and laid down on the dining room floor because I couldn't get back to bed and called out to my boyfriend. (I also laid a foot away from where my dog apparently threw up throughout the night haha) but my pelvis was so in pain I could barely move. When it finally stopped hurtingenough I could get offthe floor I actually went back to bed for a few hours because I was so crazy tired I couldn't keep my eyes open. (I know I know I should have gone to the doctor but I'm a pain in the ass that way haha) I should not that after one of my other times I had the pain I did actually go to the hospital but I sat in the waiting room so long that I just got up and eventually left.

I've also had 2 ultrasounds done in the last 4 years with nothing coming back from them wrong.

So finally after this December one I went and seen my doctor. He ordered me a CT scan. And also I get UTI s every year and bacterialvaginosis alot also. No clue how to stop them. I change my underwear everyday and I'm clean and I've used vagisil wash before to no avail.

So I got my CT scan done in January and my results showed like I had autoimmune pancreatitis. But because my symptoms didn't quite match up and my bloodwork was fine my doctor wasn't in a rush to see. So he referred me to a specialist who I finally seen after 5 months and he also says the CT scan could have just been a fluke and he is dismissing the pancreatitis since my pain isn't higher up where it is and my blood was normal. So he is hopefully referring me to a OBGYN and now I'm sure I'll have to wait.

The past month I always have a dull pain now in my right side and very rarely it's in my left but actually today it has been.

I remember in college 8 years ago I had a tinybit of pain and remember hearing about endo bit never did anything.

Any advice???

    Hi katelyn

I sounds like it could be endo..do you have heavy periods, are the pains 2weeks before your period starts? Ovulation pain?I could tell which side I was ovulating from as the pain was horrific.the only way to tell is by a laparoscopy...scans don't show endo..nor ultrasounds..you need a gynae referal and tell them u suspect endo..if you have back and leg pain also this could be a sign. Good luck

My periods aren't really heavy no. But I've always had the pain on my right side up until a few weeks ago when I have felt a bit on the left side. It's only been the last 2 weeks I've had a dull pain every day now instead of random 'attacks' of pain every couple months. I have been so plaqued by fatigue also in the last few months. Sometimes when I yawn It takes me a bit to reopen my eyes actually haha. It's annoying.

    Hi katelyn

Endo does make you exhausted. Mind you being in constant pain is exhausting. Hopefully you can see a good gynae doc and get some answers .
