    Hi Stewart,

I do not understand, when you say: more stimulating? Do you mean: you feel more agitated? Maybe you need to give the medicine more time? It seems to me that your body is still getting used to it.

I have been on M. for the past 6 weeks, I sleep well, no agitation but too much appetite, which really bothers me. Was there any particular reason you were prescribed mirtazapine?

I cannot advise you on the dose, but I have read that it takes up to a month or two to reach the optimal level of medicine.

I hope you reach the right decision.
