Not sure if it's still on my clothes

I took the cream (Lyclear Dermal) yesterday and saw how the mites go, sealed most of my clothes including bed and sofa and washed in high temperature whatever I need for the meantime. I keep feeling that the itching increasing around 20 minutes after I wear some of my clothes, or sit on my sofa cover that I washed as well. If the fabric still infected should the reaction be so fast? Is covering the skin reduces the itches ? Also, do the itches increase during the night also when the mites are dead?
