not sure if these are genital sores (herpes) or any kind of infection

i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on january 6 . today is jan10 . we had 3 rounds of rough sex all in the period of 4 hours. later that night my vagina hurt a lot and sitting with an issue , i went to sleep and woke up the next morning and still felt this pain when i'd sit down and any touch to under the vaginal opening would burn. i took a look at it and there were these sores with redness around it so painful when touched , urine burns it , and moving burns it too , any idea what if may be? a weird smell has also occured and hasnt gone . !or may this be a yeast infection ?image

    perhaps these are lacerations due to improper lubrication at the time of intercourse. your partner also had burning sensation after coitus? at the downside of penis

    did you notice any other areas of itching or rashes near vulva, which is still not paining. take a picture and see by zooming it. usually i suggest all female patients to wash hands before touching it, as it is in image.

    just use any female hygiene wash product, based upon availability in your country. wash externals at the time of urine voiding as well for 10 days, with prewashed hands

    burning sensation should subside by 3 days, take plenty of water and use Lidocaine jelly available at pharmacies for affected area, don't use any antibiotics.
