Not sure if this is a yeast infection or STD??? Help please

A week ago i had unprotected sex for the first time in a while and also got oral and they were a little sick. I'm usually very careful with having sex and this person looked clean i always look at the penis and didn't see any unusual abnormalities. Of course that doesn't mean anything because they could've still had something and maybe i received it i don't know? So 5 days after having unprotected sex i wake up with a dry nose and headache and was sneezing throughout the day. I didn't think much of becoming sick because my sister was already sick before that day and was around me. With also waking up like that my inner labia minora was feeling uncomfortable it wasn't hurting but it was tender to touch. I checked myself and had nothing unusual only thing i saw online was that it was probably vestibular papillomatosis accompanied with vulvar vestibulitis then the following day i wake up still sick and still uncomfortable in the same area and would hurt to try and wipe after i peed later that day i checked myself and saw something ive never seen before. A bunch of white chuncks of discharge i believe and still tender to the touch on the inner labia i looked it up once again and saw that it could be a yeast infection but i honestly dont know. I'm very worried it could be something else because of the unprotected sex i had but im just not sure can someone pleaseeee help me i dont have an appointment with an obgyn until august 17. im really freaked out. the picture was the first time i checked myself

    these are 3 more pictures of what it looks like i tried to scrape off some of the white stuff but it was too tender and not easy

    it looks like a yeast infection. you need to clean your vagina with cold water to ease some pain. ive heard before catching herpes you can become sick so pay attention if you develop anything that looks like a pimple or yellow sore then i would think its herpes . but just from the photos it looks like thrush . Clean your vagina gently and scoop out yeast with your finger (literally inside of your vagina hole ) put a cold ice pack and feel the relief .

      i wouldnt use topical treatment until you find a doctor so you dont mistreat it.
