Not sure if this is eczema or something else

My leg was a bit itchy and I noticed those two spots. I'm 20 and I've had mild eczema on my arms for most of my life (on and off thing, mostly when i'm stressed), but they've never been flaky/looked scaly or scabby like that. I'm concerned that it might be something more serious, like Melanoma or scabies. I'm wondering if its worth visiting a GP - or if its just some mild eczema or something i'd need an antihistamine for, thanks!

    Defently worth a visit/via phone call.If you have a gp who specialises in skin conditions

    that would be good.Ask the receptionist.

    My gp asked me to send photos via email,and prescribed medication via a consultation

    phone call.
