Not sure if this is fissure or not???

Looking for advice please,

I have had a chronic AF for 18 months following childbirth, I received botox injection at the end of March and noticed a significant improvement in pain and bleeding. Last week I decided to try a return to jogging due to the improvement in symptoms. I jogged on 2 separate occasions before I noticed a pinching discomfort at the opening again when going to bathroom and afterwards. I feel a small lump at the area of previous fissure and now a very small amount of bleeding appeared on wiping.

I do not have the spasms and do not feel internal discomfort like I did before the botox was administered, I feel more like the opening is bruised and i get nipping like a little paper cut.

Does anyone have any idea of what is happening? Has the fissure reared its ugly head again? I have kept everything extremely soft and there has been no episodes that could have reopened it...

Could this be a pile/sentinel pile??

I was promised a second round of botox by CRS but she has gone off sick and her replacement says I have to try my 4th round of diltiazem instead 😦

Scared to be back to square one!!
