Not sure if this si the start of Appendix problem

Male 74 years old. Just about 2 inches (3cm) to my right of centre just above and a little behind the pubic bone. If I press there there is a spot pain (sore point). I have to feel a little behind the bone to get it to hurt. If I press further to the right and back in towards that spot I can feel it. Does not show up much throughout the day. The only other organ there is the bladder and as far as I know that is OK and works well.

No other symptoms atm.

Is this a grumbling appendix? Thanks for your advice.
