Not sure if whats wrong

Went to the doctor for chest tightness and pain. Doctor perscribed me acid reflux meds that took the tightness away. Still had pain that went around and into the back. So I went to the ER. EKG and chest xray turned out good according to the ER. Been feeling either lightheaded or fatigue not sure which and nausia. Could it possibly be Something psychological that when stuff checks out i still find something else it could be or what?

    Doctor also mentioned the pain is more than likely starined muscles on the rib cage

    It could be anxiety related.  You could have some stressful issue that you are dealing with presently that could cause this.  Anxiety can cause all kinds of physical symptoms and those symptoms then freak you out and cause more anxiety and more symptoms.  You might try some relaxation techniques or ask for a mild anti-anxiety med.  Good luck!
