Not sure wether this is a plantar wart or something else?

Hi, this is my first time posting so I'm fairly new to this but I have seemed to have acquired 3 bumps on the bottom of my foot at first I thought that maybe they are a plantar wart but am I right in thinking that they grow ontop of the skin? these feel raised and firm but the surface is smooth? like they are under my skin, one is bigger than the other two but all feel firm and are itchy, also sore when walking? please can someone shed abit of light, I'll attach a picture a link to the picture, thanks!
