Not sure what has been plaguing me for 9 months now... HELP!

I have been sick now going on 9 months and have now been to a total of 6 different specialists and still have no diagnosis up to this point. I wanted to quickly write something here to see if someone might have any ideas as to what I am going through.
My main symptoms are tight neck, bad tension headaches that move around, heart palpitations, a dripping sensation in my throat (that I am not 100% sure if it is actually a drip), shortness of breath, pressure in my ears (which show up normal when looking with a scope), and nausea. The dripping in my throat almost feels as if it is an "electric" type feeling in my throat. All of these symptoms combined make it so I can't function at all during the day and is ruining my life.
I have been to multiple ENT's, a cardiologist, allergist, pulmonologist, neurologist, gastroenterologist, and have seen a therapist to see if things were just "in my head" as some doctors have suggested. None of these drs up to this point have been able to diagnose me with anything. When this started 9 months ago, nothing changed in my life other than I started running 2 months before this happened. I don't recall any falls or anything of that sort that might have caused any of this either.
Anyone have any ideas on what I might be experiencing? I have looked at all the regular things and think I am at the point where I need to start exploring other avenues to figure this out. Any help is beyond appreciated!

Maybe the clue is the running? If your spine or joints are misaligned or even have the slightest trace of arthritis your muscles will tense up to protect the spine and joints. Once this starts it is very difficult to unwind the process and it escalates to other feelings like ear pressure and palpitations as you have described. Can I suggest you find a good physiotherapist......maybe a sports physiotherapist and explain all your symptoms to them. Maybe give yourself a break from the running until this is sorted. An Xray of your neck may be helpful to your physio as well.
Do you warm up with stretches before running?

I unfortunately havent been able to run since this whole thing started. I was on bed rest for about 4 months and am just finally getting back to semi normal life, but still cant be active and workout. I saw a spine dr who took a look at my neck with an xray and nothing showed that was abnormal. I have been trying to get an MRI though as I suspect it could be something as simple as a pinched nerve for all I know?
