penile cancer wouldnt just vanish then reappear given your age its most likley due to some form of irritation penile cancer at your age would be very very rare

if u wash with soap i recommend that u avoid using it on the penis and just use water when washing it could also be some kind of skin problem

My fordyce spots began to appear in ernest between the age of 11-13 so this could be the same. They seem to form as you reach puberty so probably nothing to worry about.

It's not penile cancer as my brother got it just before he passed away he was in a lot off pain in the groin area and was bleeding from the penis. 8 months before he passed away he had to have his penis amputated and the surgeon found cancer lumps . I think you would be in a lot off pain if you had penile cancer

Colin, as Kim states, penile cancer for someone your age is extremely rare. As Kim is further explaining, following the onset of sexual maturation many males get things like Fordyce Spots and Pearly Penile Papules that are really well defined, whereas in some males they are either not present or barely noticeable.

Unfortunately, you may be someone that develops several things like this that are highly visible and what you also need to know is that these can continue to develop until that age of about 25 to 28 YOA.

As Kim also mentions what you need to get in the habit of doing is keeping things like shower gel and ALL soaps away from the skin of your penis - get yourself a towel or two that ONLY you use to use at home. Use these to make sure all your penile skin is completely dry after washing it or after taking a shower.

The red spots may be due to irritation of what you have naturally present - so what you also need to be careful about is that many males apply things like skin cream or baby oil to the penis for masturbation and this can have an irritating effect on what you have on your penis, also for some young males acne can be present on the penis .......

fordyce spots are just oil glands under the skin sometimes it can occur of the skin has been dry so the skin produces oil
