Not sure what is wrong with me??

I don't really know how to word this but here I go

Basically around 2 to 3 months ago I was diagnosed with Pharyngitis. My throat was sore and I had swollen lymph nodes under my jaw which is normal with infections. After some antibiotics, the pain in my throat went away but the lymph nodes did not. I didnt really pay attention to this

A couple of days after the infection I sneezed and felt a pain in the area around the throat. I thought it might be related to the pharyngitis I just had, so I thought I'd leave it for a couple of days to see whether it heals.

I then began to notice that I had an odd feeling in my left chest and arm area. This is when I got worried and booked at appointment with a GP. He took a look at my throat and said it's just inflammation. He also took a look at my arm and said it's probably just inflamed muscles around the scapula as he felt some weakness there.

I was given antiflammatories but it didn't help. I then saw an ENT and even went for a scan which picked up nothing.

It's now a few weeks later and my throat doesn't feel too bad anymore. The only problem is that I still have this odd pain/tingle/tenderness feeling in my shoulder, arm, chest and it even started around my back (scapula area). Since all of this is on my left hand side it's making me worry coupled with the fact that I noticed I still have swollen lymph nodes under my jaw.

Lastly besides all the things I mentioned is the fact I just don't feel right. It's not just the pain but I feel irritable, tired/weak (odd feeling as if something isn't normal).

I know this is long but I just can't figure out what's wrong๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ

It's possible you pulled muscles when you sneezed and now your beginning to add 2 and 2 together and getting 5, you sound as though you had a bad virus and post viral inflammation is quite common.

I would make sure you get lots of nutritious food and plenty of fluids and if i was you i would check in with my GP or pharmacist and maybe get some vitamin supplement to boost your immune system, warmth and ice can help muscles relax
