Not sure what's going on but I'm in pain

Hello,

About two weeks ago I had a yeast infection. I had antibiotics on hand so I took them and it seemed to go away in a couple days. After the infection was gone I kept getting really aroused throughout the day and was using my hitachi a lot more than usual. I also used a dildo (which I rarely use) and had pretty intense sessions. At one point everything was hurting from the friction so I decided to stop using these two until things felt normal.

The night after my last "session" I went to urinate and I had a burning sensation. I figured it was due to rough play and kind of brushed it off. The following day I woke up with a very intense burning/itching feeling. My clit was a bit sore from the hitachi but my vulva was in a lot of pain. I also started getting a really dark brown discharge with bits that had a similar texture to dirt. I figured since I don't use a dildo often or have much penetration that it was maybe old blood. After the brown blood went away, I'd wipe and there would be a little bit of red blood. It's now been 6 days and I'm still experiencing dull burning pain. My vaginal opening and inner labia hurt if I touch or open a little to take a picture. It also feels very dry down there.

A bit over a month ago I had sex and the condom came off inside of me. The person I was sleeping with had been tested for STD's recently and told me he was negative. He also had a vasectomy so initially, I wasn't worried. Now I'm terrified that this pain I'm feeling is something else. Of course I googled symptoms and this has me worried that I have herpes. I read that it's possible to have herpes inside of the vagina and I'm scared that maybe I had herpes and spread it? I was tested in September and was negative and hadn't slept with anyone until vasectomy guy. It's also very red down there and maybe I have a yeast infection again? But I don't have the discharge that usually comes with that. Maybe I tore something? I just went to the bathroom and wiping with soft toilet paper hurt.

I know this is very long but I'm so worried and uncomfortable and couldn't get a doctors appointment until 1/6/21. I thought it was due to rough play but I feel like it may be something else. I took some photos and now I don't know if my vagina looks normal or if those bumps and lumps on the left side are abnormal. I appreciate the help.

vagina looks fine. antibiotics dont clear up yeast infections so you most likely still have a yeast infection that is causing the itching and burning and redness

True, an antibiotic wouldn't clear up a yeast infection, and it might not even clear up an STI if it's not a correct one being taken.

The brown discharge is likely old blood and not sure where Sarah is in her cycle. I'm somewhat concerned by what appears to be irritation or lesion though it's difficult to tell with 2D imagery. Could just be small laceration.

I'd get checked especially if burning and itching persist. Could just be a yeast infection with irritation from prior activity

This all looks quite normal. The symptoms described could well be from the session, with some sort of infection - potentially caused by the reintroduction of the dildo. I dont see a lesion, but always hard with these images.

Keep and eye and go to the doc if it doesnt clear itself too. Also give the toys a good clean with water and a body safe cleaner...
