I’ve been to the doctors a lot and they don’t seem to be helping much, my symptoms are - tiredness, feeling sick, indegestion, different bowel problems, constantly bloated and abdominal pains, heavy periods and I have a high level of ca125 in my blood.

Any advice please or anyone know what it could be ?

    Hi Gemcc23

You need to see your doctor to refer you to a gynaecologist...a high CA 125 level can indicate serious ovarian problems . Does your doctor know you have a high CA 125 level?......if so how high are the levels?

I saw a gynaecologist the other day and she said I need a scan once I’ve had more blood tests in a week. But she said she is not worried as I’m young. Although I’m worried as I’m getting weaker and I’ve told the doctors for months. They didn’t say how high but they said it’s higher than the normal level at 35 So it’s raised concerns

      Hi Gemcc23

Normal levels are 0-35....an ultrasound scan will reveal an ovarian cyst if you have one or anything else in the uterine area. You don't mention your age, but your doctor has assured you that you are too young for anything sinister going on so just relax and wait for further blood tests and the ultrasound scan...
