Not sure what's wrong :(

Good afternoon
Basically the past 2 years have seen hell.. I started off with a red face and then things have developed from there..
Current symptoms
Dry skin all over body, skin flaking off
Acne - mainly nose and small area of cheeks surrounding and two spots on jawline that come every 2 weeks and full of puss. Nose is really red and irritated.. cheeks can be red one day and not the next. But it mainly affects one rather than the other.
Red rash on wrist which has been there for 3 months can dry up but then goes red and raised with red spots. Small dry plaques starting on my right upper arm.
Loss of strength - this is a problem for me as I'm hands on in my job but my strength is diminishing badly, I struggle most with gripping small things.. i.e. Girlfriend had to open a small miniature whiskey bottle when we were on a flight abroad as I couldn't grip it. I can wake with stiff hands but mainly have a strange sensation in my right hand and lower arm always. I can wake up really stiff in a morning if I don't keep the heating on.
Hair loss - my scalp is so dry that I only need to run my hand through my hair and I get loads of skin flakes which appear to be white coming out even 10 minutes after washing my hair. Scalp is itchy most of the time. Rapidly losing hair.
Large split on my large toe on right foot that comes and goes.
Most issues seem to be on my right side apart from the rash on wrist which is on my left.
Dizziness, anxiety and not good sleep have also become an issue.
I've been the doctors loads of times but they just think I'm being dramatic and give me a tub of useless creams and it's the same with dermatologists. Had loads of blood tests and they all come back normal, honestly at the end of my tether with it now
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards toenails and finger nails, they get longtitudal ridges formed in the nail and also Psoriasis can effect the actual nail beds and the nail will lift away from the nail bed, where on occasions the nail will be removed by GP or Hospital.
When we suffer damage like a scratch the scratch never really clears and will show as a Ps effected scratch.
When you bathe the Ps scabs will fall of then begin to show a few days later, Generally after bathing the scabs make a mess on carpet or bed, even on desks at work
The only ointments and creams I use is Aquatious Cream in the bath water and skin this helps the skin retain moisture. Epadern is another cream we us again this can be used in the bath, although it seems to have a great deal of Vaseline in it.
E45 Cream can also help. I have personally stoped using the prescribed creams and ointments as they seem to thin the skin and produce red thinnings that scar the thinned skin.
If you are having problems with your joints see a Rhumi, The condition is linked to R Arthritis as the Ps attacks the immune system because the problem is an overractive immune system that attacks joints and skin.
Medications used are DAMARDs and BIOLOGICS that effects and controls the immune system.
I do not know if your problem is PsA. I have tried to explain it above
B.

Many thanks for your detailed reply. I asked the doctor about seeing a rheumatologist on my last visit but she wouldn't put me on to one. She said all the joint problems and loss of strength was down to ware and tare.. I'm 35 years old and I'm certain that isn't the cause, being a tradesperson I'm really struggling with it. I tried antibiotics and aspirin but they made me feel sick in the night.
I just have that much dead skin that it's all over the place, it's all over the dashboard of my van and everywhere I do
I've added images of rash that I can't get rid of on my wrist and the ones the a like raised dry patches that are starting.

Hi
No the last time I was at the doctors she said there was no need as the joint pain and skin problems I'm having were just wear and tear 😢
I'm going to try again tomorrow

Hi
I hope you didn't listen to your primary physician. Some doctors can be a little arrogant. A second opinion is always a smart move. If you think you have PsA, which it sounds like you do, you should definitely make an appointment to see a rheumatologist. Rheumatologist is an expert in autoimmune disease. They can best diagnose you. Obviously, your doctor hasn't figured out what you have yet.
I have your similar symptoms and complaints. I know how frustrating it can be. A year ago, I was diagnosed with PsA. I still have flareups with painful, stiff joints and outbreaks mostly on my hands and face from time to time, but then as bad or as often as they used to be. My weakness was due to being extremely tired: a symptom of PsA.
I hope this helps and I hope you find a good doctor that can help you

Thanks for your reply, I'm a way I'm hoping that it is what I have then I can concentrate on managing it rather than taking lots of different things to try and feel better when I don't know what the underlying cause is
I've started to notice things like if I sit in a position for a while I get a dead leg full of pins and needles and my arms can go red for no reason, also if I wear gloves and socks the marks where the elastic was take an eternity to go away. Do you get similar things?

Well I've been the doctors and had blood tests and they've all come back normal. Doctor says there's nothing wrong with me other than wear and tear. At my wits end, I do not believe for one minute that is the case. Not sure what to do now as they won't refer me to a rheumatologist

What about seeing a dermatologist? They know a whole lot more about psoriasis and psa. Also, they could maybe offer other suggestions. Do you require a referral to see all specialists? If not, see a derm. That's who I saw first, who was happy to refer me to a rheumatologist after seeing me a few times and starting me on treatment.
